The Mayan All-in-one RealRidge system is a one-of-a-kind, modern ridge solution for slate roofing. Using the unique, patented dry-fix built-in connector system and screw fixings provided, they are extremely easy to install and give an outstanding, sleek, modern yet natural look to the roof. Pre-installed vent system easily provides ventilation which cannot be compressed and mean a roll-out kit is not required. 200mm full width wing cover for ridge and hips. Conforms to the requriement for high level ventilation BS5250 and as per NHBC standard 7.2. Compliant with BS 5534 ands BS 8612. All-in-One RealRidge is the simplest, fastest and only way to install the perfect natural slate fully vented ridge.

The innovative, patented Mayan Roofing Systems exclusive design is available in a wide range of angles with Ridge Tile, Block End and Hip End options.

The timeline from order to delivery is typically 3 – 5 days but will depend on the size and complexity of your order.

We can now provide next day dispatch / delivery on most of our standard stock lines, so don’t hesitate to ask if you require an express service.

Nationwide Delivery is available on all items.

We offer delivery direct to site delivery with the pallet network, with offload available, so you can order directly through us. For HIAB delivery or special arrangements, please contact us to make arrangements.

Product Sample:

Samples can be purchased by contacting us via email or phone. All samples are dispatched immediately via a courier service.

We offer an option for purchasing full size samples with a reduced shipping rate of £15 (plus VAT) boxed and sent via courier. Because our products are large, heavy, bulky and very fragile, there is a risk of breakage with this service. We do our best to package them as best as we can to avoid damage.

This fee covers picking the products, packaging supplies, and delivery service.
