Mayan Natural Stone Dry RealRidge

Easy to install natural stone bonded ridge with our unique invisible connector system and permanent ventilation system.

75°: Suitable for special roofs with a pitch up to 45 degrees
90°: From 37.5 up to 45 degrees
105°: From 30 up to 37.5 degrees
120°: From 22.5 up to 30 degrees
135°: Suitable for special roofs with a pitch up to 22.5 degrees

Does NOT require a roll out ridge fixing system.

Providing 5mm free air high level roof space ventilation. Ridge tile suitable for roofs with a pitch of between 37.5º and 45º. Made from 22mm thick natural stone that is chemically and mechanically bonded to a long life GRP liner incorporating a built-in hidden connector and venting rubber seals.

Modern methods of construction require high level ventilation; RealRidge is fully compliant with BS 5534, BS 5250 and BS 8612. Conforms to the requriement for high level ventilation BS5250 and as per NHBC standard 7.2. Because RealRidge does not require a roll out ridge fixing system the airflow cannot be compressed and the hidden connectors will never suffer from UV degredation.

RealRidge is supplied with all fixings required. 220mm full width wing cover for ridge and hips.

RealRidge is the simplest, fastest, and only way to install the perfect, natural stone, fully vented ridge.

Our innovative patent pending design is available in a wide range of angles and bespoke angles on request.

The timeline from order to delivery is typically 3 – 5 days but will depend on the size and complexity of your order.

We can now provide next day dispatch / delivery on most of our standard stock lines, so don’t hesitate to ask if you require an express service.

Nationwide Delivery is available on all items.

We offer delivery direct to site delivery with the pallet network, with offload available, so you can order directly through us. For HIAB delivery or special arrangements, please contact us to make arrangements.

Product Sample:

Samples can be purchased by contacting us via email or phone. All samples are dispatched immediately via a courier service.

We offer an option for purchasing full size samples with a reduced shipping rate of £15 (plus VAT) boxed and sent via courier. Because our products are large, heavy, bulky and very fragile, there is a risk of breakage with this service. We do our best to package them as best as we can to avoid damage.

This fee covers picking the products, packaging supplies, and delivery service.
